Head Coach
Insaaf Mahmood
Coach Insaaf brings experience, energy, and a deep commitment to player development. Coach Insaaf has 10+ years of experience playing AAU basketball, and a year of coaching experience in AAU. Additionally, he's a 4-year high school basketball athlete at Mountain House and Livermore High Schools, and cultivates a player-oriented coaching philosophy.

Shanelle & Randy Hite
Shanelle and Randy Hite are dedicated to creating a youth basketball organization that offers basketball teams, skills training, player development, and character-building services. Their focus is on player development with professional skills training. Shanelle and Randy are dedicated to honing raw talent to maturity with quality coaching, primal workouts and a true love of the sport. The core values they set out to deliver with WE Here Prep are Teamwork, Perseverance and Sportsmanship.
Program Coordinator & Head Coach
Alvin Cadman
Known for his energetic and positive approach, Coach A focuses on creating a supportive and challenging environment where players can grow both on and off the court. His coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamental skills, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, as evidenced by his prior experience as an undergraduate assistant (scout team) for UCLA women’s basketball from 1998-2000.

When he's not on the court, Coach A enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and two boys. Coach A plays basketball and other sports recreationally for adult leagues in the Tri-Valley. When he’s not hoopin, Coach A is a Principal Product Manager at Workday in Pleasanton.
